This office has received copies of your January 23, 1979 apolication requesting Technical Specification change reflecting the current administrative organization, and your January 26, 1979 applicatic, adding Technical Specification SR 5.2.22 for PGX Graphite.
They pertain to your Fort St. Vrain Nuclear Generating Station. These applications were not accompanied by amendment fees as prescribed by Section 170.22 of 10 CFR 170 (copy enclosed).
Section 170.12(c) requires that ycur company provide a proposed determination of each amendment class, state the basis therefor, and submit the fee with your application for amend-ment.
We have determined from our preliminary review that the requested action for each application falls into fee Class II ($1,200) because the January 23 application is administrative in nature and the January 26 application is pro forma in nature and neither has safety or environmental significance. You should forward tne amendment fees totalling $2,400 promptly to this office.
Fees are payable to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission by check, draft, or money order.
If after the final evalua-tion of your applications is ccmpleted it is determined that they were incorrectly classified, you will be billed for any additional amount due.
