CONSOLIDATED INTERVENORS INTERROGATORIES TO PORTLAND GENERAL ELECTRIC COMPANY, DATED FEBRUARY 9, 1979.

Pursuant to 10 CFR 2.740(b) Intervenors hereby request that Portland' Gene-ral Electric answer seperately and in writing, under oath or affirmation, the following interrogatories within fourteen (14) days of service.

Each question is instructed to be answered in six parts, as follows:

Answer to Question A) Provide the direct answer tothe question.

B) Identify all documents and studies, and the particular parts thereof relied upon as a basis for the answer.

C) Identify all documents and studies, and the particular parts thereof, examined but not relied upon which pertain to the subject matter questioned.

D) Identify by name, title and affiliation each employee or consul-tant who has the expert knowledge required to support the answer to the question.

E) Explain whether the Licensee is presently engaged in or intends to engage in any further research, analysis or work which may affect the answer.

Identify such research, analyses of work.

F) Identify the expert (s), if any, whom the Licensee intends to have testify on the subject matter questioned. Stats their qualifica-tions.

In the following questions, " modifications" refers to the design modi-fications for the Trojan Contvol Building " work" and " workers" refers to those who will be perforiaing such modifications.

1) What mntractor(s) and subcontractor (s) will be responsible for the design modifications?
2) For the modifications themselves?
3) How many workers will be employed for the modifications?
4) How many supervisors will be working on the modifications?
5) hho will be enploying these supervisors?
6) Provide the qualifications of these workers.
7) What special training will be given to workers?
8) hhat surveillance will be kept over workers in general and in higa-security areas?
9) hhat are these high-security areas?
10) Will work be inspected?
11) If so, how mudt of the work?
12) If so, by whom? Provide qualifications.
13) What inspection documents will be kept ?

63) How would the structure act differently with this gap-filled than present postulated behavior in a seimic event?
