Engineering evaluation of reduction of nominal RCS T from 582*F to 577*F.

ave ITEM OF INFORMATION The District received a new California Regional Water Quality Control Board (CRWQCB) release permit order No. 59-03.

Major differences between the previous permit and the new one include:

a.

Deletion of sampling requirement for zine (this is still a Technical Specification Appendix B requirement and will be continued until this is changed).

b.

Addition of Suspended Solids sampling requirement, 2 times per week composite samples, 30-day average of 30 ppm, daily maximum 100 ppm.

c.

Addition of 011 and grease grab samples,30-day average 15 ppm, daily maximum 20 ppm.
