OF MEETING HELD ON FEBRUARY 5, 1979 A meeting was held with the applicant on February 5,1979 in Bethesda, Maryland to further discuss (reference Meeting Sunmary, dated January 18, 1979) plans for submittal of construction permit application documents and revier schedule for the Carroll County Nuclear Station.
Enclosure 1 presents a list of attendees.
The staff and applicant (with Westinghot% as NSSS vendor) continued its discussion of the review procedure and schedule which could reasonably be It was implemented for the Carroll County Nuclear Station application.

An environmental review to pick up wherever the early site review leaves off; 4.
A CP review on the Carroll County docket of the custom B0P, utility-related matters, and remaining site safety items, and 5.
Upon completion of the RESAR-412 PDA review, Westinghouse would file an application for, and the staff would begin a 412 review leading to an FDA.
(It was further envisioned that Carroll County would reference the FDA at its OL stage.)
