The Palo Verde !!uclear Intervenors are a.groc? of Arizon.t citizens ia organization who are concerned with the construction of the ?alo Verde Nuclear Generating Station, Units 4 and 5.
The Palo Verde Nuclear Intervenors are concerned uith the potential economic, environ = ental, health and safety proble=s associated with the construction of the Palo Verde nuclear site.
At least tuo of the menbers of the Palo Verde Nuclear Intervenors are residents of the Phoenix Metro-politan Area.
B.
Interests to be affected.
All of the citizens,. including S. P. Fullinwider and Louis Rhodes, of the Palo Verde Nuclear Intervenors are concerned with the construction of the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station, Units 4 and 5 because of the risk to their personal safety and welfare in case of any accidents related to the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating site.
C.
Contentions of intervention.
The Palo Verde Nuclear Intervenors agree with the contentions listed in the Second Amendment of leave to intervene of Larry Bard as filed on the lith of September, 1978.
