The cancellation of the Indian' contract was duc exclusively 'o our inability to obtain an e::porc license which was due to the fact that you could not cake a decision on the :.atter. As far as we can tell the 16cence was neither rejected nor approved and uc really wonder hou, in the futr.re, si:ailar bustness could possibly be trancacted under such circumstances.
