Purpose:
To inform the Comission of the receipt of a license application withdrawal.
Dis cussion :
Enclosed for the information of the Commission (Appendix A) are copies of two letters from Samincorp, Inc., informing the flRC of the cancellation of export license application XT08419, which was fonvarded to the Executive Branch for review on July 21,1978.
Copies of the letters have been placed in the Public Document Room.
The NRC staff has sent out the attached (Appendix B) response to Samincorp's letter.
This response was concurred in by the Executive Branch agencies.
