'Ihe Ccmission, by a vote of 5-0, denied the subject motion and authorized the Secretary to issue the revised Order circulated by the General Counsel en May 2,1979.
(Subsequently, the Secretary signed the Order en May 2,1979).

SECY-79-16A - Kranish EIA A=ral 78-A-20 (Consent Calendar Item)
The Comission decision en the subject appeal involves five dccamnts denied to Mr. Kranish under an initial MIA decision (MIA-78-60).
The Cenniission's decisions an these five dccarnts nuy be sumarized as follows:
1.
By a vote of 5-0, the Ccmission approved a partial release of docunent B-5.
2.
By a vote of 5-0, the Ccmission determined not to release dcccents B-6 and the Draft Sumaries.
3.
By a vote of 5-0, the Conraission approved the release of dccarnt B-7.
4.
By a vote of 3-2 (with Chairnan Hendrie, Conraissioners Kennedy and Ahearne voting not to release and Ccmissioners Gilinsky and Bradford voting to releasa) the Ccmission detennined not to release docume.t B-8.
In taking this action the Cceraission requested t%at the Secretarr inforn Mr. Kranish of its decision.
