This certificate is issued to satisfy Sections 173.393a,173.334,173.395, and 173.396 of the Cecartrrent of Transportation Hazardot Materials Regulations (49 CFR 170180 and 14 CFR 103) and Sections 146-19-10a and 146-19-100 of the Department of Transportation Cangerous Cargoes Regulations (46 CF R 146--149), as amendexj.

The packaging and contents described in item 5 below, meets the safety standards set forth in Subpart C of Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 71, " Packaging of Radioactive Materials for Transport and Transportation of Radioactive Material Urvu Certain Conditions.**

7].6744 4 CONDITIONS This certificate is conditional upon the fulfilling of the requirements of Subpart D of 10 CFR 71, as applicaole, and the conditions specified in item 5 below.

Packaging (1) Model No.

Poly Tiger (2) Description The packaging consists of an overpack which provides thermal and impact resistance for an inner shielded cask.

Each packaging con-sists of an outer overpack of two concentric right circular steel cylinders with the annulus filled with 5 to 9 inches of poly-urethane foam (U-2333) on the sides and 10.5 to 19 inches at the ends.

The overpacks are split in the middle and joined by flanged closures to completely enclose the lead shielded inner cask.

The inner cask consists of right circular cylinder with steel-encased lead shielding and bolted, neoprene gasketed closure.

Three overpacks and six shielded casks comprise the authorized Poly Tiger packaging.

Dimensions and maximum weights of the three overpacks are as follows:
