telegram, if entry of any import shipment authorized by this license

A U.S. NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION SPECIAL NUCLEAR MATERIAL IMPORT LICENSE SUPP,LEMENTARY SHEET 4.
For import shipment of 350 grams or more of uranium-235 contained in uranium enriched in the uranium-235 isotope 20% or above, 'the licensee shall promptly notify the appr6priate Inspection and Enforcement Office, by telephone, telegram, or teletype, upon receiving notifica-tion that an import shipment has entered the country, giving the date that the import entered and the estimated time of arrival at the stated destination.

The licensee shall assure that any shipment of uranium-235 (contained in uranium enriched to 20% or more in the U-235 isotope) within US jurisdiction shall be protected in transit in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR Part 73, and the licensee's approved security plan.
6.
The licensee shall notify the appropriate Inspection and Enforcement Office of the anticipated time of arrival at the port of entry at least 48 hours5.555556e-4 days <br />0.0133 hours <br />7.936508e-5 weeks <br />1.8264e-5 months <br /> prior to any import shipment authorized by this license.
7.
This license authorizes import only and does not authorize the receipt, physical possession, or use of the nuclear material.
