This refers to your application dated June 29, 1978 requesting approval of Florida Power & Light Company's (F?L) Quality Assurance (0A) program to meet the requirements of 10 CFR 371.5'.
As noted in your application, FPL has elected to utilize its " existing Quality Assurance Progran...."
It is requested that FPL reference the QA Topical Report FPLT0AR-1-76A, Revision 2 which describes the existing operational QA program and which applies to all FPL's operating nuclear plants.
Please submit seven copies of your response to this request within 30 days 1 : lowing receipt of this letter.
