In accordance with your application dated June 16, 1973, as supple-mented December 12, 1978, and January 9, 1979, and pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, Special iluclear l1aterials License ilo. Si1M-1227 is hereby amended to include your decommissioning plan and financial commitment. Accordingly, Condition 21 is added to your license, to read as follows:
Condition 21. At the end of the plant life, the licensee shall decontaminate the facilities and site in accordance with the general decommissioning plan submitted in the enclosures to the letters dated June 16, 1978, December 12, 1978, and January 9,1979, so that these facilities and grounds can be released to unrestricted use. The financial colmitment from Exxon Corporation, to assure that funds will be available for decommissioning, submitted in an enclosure to the letter dated December 12, 1978, is hereby incorporated as a condition of the license.
All other conditions of this license shall remain the same.
