NOTICE OF VIOLATION Northeast Nuclear Energy Company Docket No. 50-336 Based on the results of an NRC inspection conducted on December 20-22, 1978, it appears that one of your activities was not conducted in full compliance with the conditions of your NRC Facility License No. DPR-65 as indicated below.
This item is a Deficiency.
Technical Specification 4.6.1.3.b requires that the containannt air lock be leak tested at pressure Pa at least once per six months.
Contrary to the above, as of December 20, 1978, the last leak test at pressure Pa conducted on the containment air lock was on April 10, 1978.
It was noted that a successful leak test was conducted on the containment air lock prior to the conclusion of the inspection on December 22, 1978.
