Revision 1, Supplement No. I to IE Bulletin No. 79-02, dated August 20, 1979, related to pipe support base plate designs using concrete expansion anchor bolts; 2)
Supplement to IE Bulletin No. 79-14, dated August 15, 1979 related to the accuracy of information used in the seismic analysis for as-built safety-related piping systems; and 3)
Portland General Electric Company's 60-day report in response to IE Bulletin No. 79-14, dated August 31, 1979.
While the matters addressed in item (1) are unrelated to the Control Building design deficiencies, the Staff did inform the Licensing Board of these matters in letters dated October 19, 1978 and March 21, July 12 and August 21, 1979.
Item (1) is being forwarded in order to keep you fully informed of the con-tinuing activities related to this matter as we indicated we would do in the October 19, 1978 letter.

As to items (2) and (3), copies of IE Bulletin No. 79-14 as well as the Licensee's initial detailed resocnse to that Bulletin were forwarded to you by lettets of July 25 and August 22, 1979 resoectively.
Items (2) and (3) are now being forwarded in order to keep you fully inforr.ed of the cantinuing activities with regard to Bulletin 79-14.
By means of this letter, copies of items (1), (2) and (3) are being distri-buted to the p~arties in the referenced proceeding.
