Licensee and/or applitmnt's have dis-covered that flu =/ flor trip ratio sensing strings have "as built" tima constants greater than assumed in VSAR.

B&W has performed analysis to show that Tech Spee trip settings are still con-servative for two pump coast do m to meet DM3R criteria. TR assistance is needed to determine id locked rotor accident requires reanalysis. Contact LPM for details.
