This is in reply to your letter dated August 3,1979 in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, meteorological data collected at the Indian Point Nuclear Power Facility in Westchster j
County, New York for the past five years.

The meteorological data for this facility can be found in Table 4A of Consolidated Edison Company's report titled: " Effluent and Waste Disposal Semi-Annual Rep.ct".
This report lists for each quarter year, the hours at each wind speed and direction for each stability class, and is available for inspection and copying at the NRC Local Public Document Room locatea at the White Plains Public Library,100 Martine Avenue, White Plains, New York, and in the NRC Public Document Room,1717 H Street, N.W.,
Washington, DC.
