Dear Mr. Ippolito:
In response to your letter of July 13, 1979, concerning additional information required for NRC staff generic report on BWR reactors, a report containing the requested information has been transmitted to the NRC by the G.E. Owners Group via letter from T. D. Keenan to D. F. Ross, dated August 17, 1979. The report, NED0-24708, responds to the short-term generic information request of the Bulletins and Orders Task Force, as agreed upon between the NRC staff and the Owners Group. A later revision will include the remainder of the information, which is required to be provided by November 16, 1979. The subject report should be included on the Brunswick Units 1 and 2 dockets to reflect our response to your request.
