The Comission has filed the enclosed " Notice of Proposed Issuance of Amendment to Facility Operating License" with the Office of the Federal Register for publication. The Notice relates to your request dated June 26, 1979, to allow modification to the spent fuel pool, which will increase the facility's spent fuel storage capacity from 193 to 441 fuel assemblies at Big Rock Point.
