441.1 It is highly desirable that experienced individuals

( 13. 2.1.1. 3) participate in courses utilizing a nuclear plant simulator similar to the facility for which the indiv-idual will be seeking a license. The applicant should provide this training for all candidates for an SR0 or R0 license using an NRC approved program.

Resolve this apparent discrepancy and provide the commitment that all license candidates attend such a training course.

The training program shcuid address those items listed in Secticn A.1 of Accendix A

to Branth Technical Position ASB 9.5-1, Guidelines for Fire Protection for Nuclear Power Plants.

442.1 The applicant should commit to the conduct of all (13.5) safety-related operations by detailed written and j
