Attached are the six (6) copies of our HFIR Project Safeguards Contingency Plan for your final acceptance review.
The revisions as noted in your letter of December 22, 1978, have been made in our plan wirh the exception of revising the terminology for the primary central alarm station and the secondary alarm station.
The terminology for the primary central alarm station and the secondary
'larm station will be changed in the " Plan for the Pu tection of Nuclear Facilities and Nuclear Materials" to bs consistent with the terminology in the HFIR Safeguards Contingency Plan in future administrative changes to the " Plan for the Protection of Nuclear Facilities and Nuclear Materials".
The fee for this plan was submitted with the original 4
