Dear Mr. McCorkle:
Doeket 70 A In accordance with the revisions set forth in 10 CFR, Psrt 73.50(h), we are enclosing six copies of Site Security Personnel Training Plan for Ba t te11e's Columbus Labora tories.
Our security personnel training plan has been predicated upon our current auchorized possession limit of less than fo rmula (5000 g) quantities of unirradiated special nuclear material, as stipulated under License SNM-7, Amendment No. 16, dated July 26, 1977.
'Ihe remainder of our authorized limits under SN'f-7 covers irradiated special nuclear material for processing activities a t our "at Cell Laboratory.
The format of the plan follows Regulatory Guide 5.52 and is responsive to the performance criteria as defined in 10 CFR, Part 73, Appendix B.
We shall be happy to respond to any questions that may arise during your evaluation of the plan.
Formal implementa tion of the plan vill be in acco rdance with 10 CFR, Part 73.50(h).
