Dear Mr. MacDonald:
i This. letter is in response to your letter dated April 6,1979, that requested
_j additional information on our 10CFR 71.51 Quality Assurance Program.
N The following changes will be incorporated into the QA Program with your approval:
R 1.
Part 5 will be amended to include; 5.4 Only radiographers shall perform inspections and tests.
Performance of inspections and tests will be assured by the Radiation Protection Officer or the Assistant Radiation Protection Officer on quarterly audit visits.
2.
Part 7 will be amended to include; 7.6 Corporate audits in the home office will be conducted on a yearly basis by the Manager of Construction Safety.
