In part 5, indicate what personnel perform the regulatory required inspections and tests in accordance with written procedures and who assures that these functions are performed.
2.
Part 7.5 indicates the Radiation Protection Officer or his assistant conducts audits, but part 1 indicates these individuals have responsibilities for the program. Please revise part 7.5 and provide a statement that an annual audit is performed by individuals who have no responsibility in the activity being audited.
