l Philippines and your opposition to the granting of an exoort license for this plant by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
At present, the NRC, which is an independent regulatory agency, is

awaiting the final views of the U.S. Executive Branch agencies before deciding about this proposed export license. NRC is responsible for carefully considering the national security aspects of any prop 3 sed y
export, and will not license the export unless all of the requirements of U.S. law are met.
