This is in reference to your letter of March 22,15. i to Mr. W. T. Crow, Division of Fuel Cycle and flaterial Safety and prior telephone conversa-tions with our R. L. Jackson and Combustion Engineering's H. Eskridge regarding your proposed construction and operation of additional UF6 conversion capacity at the Hematita Plant.
Appropriate revised pages to your Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan (10 CFR 70.51 and 70.58) and the Material Measurement C]ntrol Plan (10 CFR 70.57) must be reviewed and approved by this Office prior to start-up of the referenced operation.
Particular emphasis should be placed on the affect the new operation will have on the Plant MUF and LEMUF.
