Dr. Klaus B. Stadie gg For item 6 (V) we suggest that the Working Group chairman's office coordinate this. L'e do not plan to make a presentation on this item.

For item 7 (ii) we suggest that perhaps a discussion of the LOBI loop tests by W. Riebold would be welcomed by the Working Group.

For item 7 (ii) we propose that INEL representatives will present the results of the Semiscale S0-7 tests (15 minutes) follcwed by a one-half hour discussion by Dr. Z. Rosztoczy, NRC, on the evaluation of the test results.

For agenda item 7 (ii) we also propose a fifteen minute presentation by the General Electric Company on recent Two Loop Test Apparatus (TLTA) test results followed by a one-half hour discussion by Dr. Z. Rosztoczy on the evaluation of the test results.

For agenda items 7 (ii) and 8 (i) jointly we propose that Dr. S. Fabic will give a brief report on major US experiments and theoretical activities in progress or planned.

For item 7 (iii) we propose that Dr. Z. Rosztoczy will give a presentation on the NRC evaluation model (EM) predictions for test L2-3 followed by Mr. J. R. White, INEL, with a discussion of the experimental results.

INEL representatives will be prepared with a presentation of the best estimate (BE) predictions.

For item 8 (i) Dr. Z. Rosztoczy will discuss the status of the proposed changes to the USNRC 10 CFR Part 50 Appendix K regulations.

For item 9 (i) Dr. W. Johnston will ccr.:nent on the recommendations of the group of experts as stated in SEN/ SIN (78) 25.

For item 9 (ii) (a) Dr. W. Johnston will discuss the NRU tests.

For item 9 (iii) we suggest that perhaps the Working Group would welcome a discussion by the Federal Republic of Germany representative of the interaction between cladding deformation (ballooning) and themal-hydraulics in the REBEKA 1 and 2 tests.

For item 9 Dr. R. Meyer or Dr. D. Powers will make a presentation based on the report NUREG-0536 " Evaluation of Simulated LOCA Tests that Produced large Fuel Cladding Ballooning." Copies of this report were sent to you with my letter of March 7, 1979.

For item 10 we do not plan a prepared presentation but will be prepcred to parti.cipate in discussions on the subject.
