We have completed our review of the " General Atemic Company Contingency Plan" which was transmitted to us by your letter of September 19, 1978 (696-797).
On the basis of this review we have determined that your submission will be acceptable after certain revisions and mocliications have been incorporated.
Please make revisions to your plan as indicated by the comments contained in the enclosure to this letter and furnish six copies of your revised plan for our final acceptance review.
We have determined that the enclosure to your letter dated September 19, 1978 and the enclosure to this ;etter contain information of a type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d). Accordingly, it is deemed to be commercial or financial infonnation within the meaning of 10 CFR 9.5(a)(4) and shall be subject to disclosure only in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 9.12.
We also note that the enclosures contain classified National Security Information.
