A Gentlemen:
' 01 In order to be in compliance with the requirements of Title 10 CFR Part 71, Section 71.12, Batte11e's Columbus Laboratories, 505 King Avenue, Columbus, Ohio 43201 (BCL), requests to be registered as a user of the NLI-1/2 radioactive shipping container whose NRC certificate of compli-ance number is USA /9010/B()F.
BCL further requests from NRC copies of all documents applicate to Section 71.12 b-1-1 in order to insure com-pliance with all terms of the permits. If the NRC does not supply these documents they will be obtained by us from the container owners.
BCL operates under Special Nuclear Material Permit Number SNM-7, By-Product License Number 34-06854-05 and Source Material License Number SMB-1197.
BCL is aware of only one owner who has casks available under Certificate of Compliance Nutuber USA /9010/B()F.
