Tha Nuclear Regulatory Comission (the Comission) has found that:
A.
The filf ng by Sacramento Municipal Utility District (the licensee) dated October 14, 1977, as amended December 28, 1977, May 10, 1978, October 3,1978, November 17, 1978, February 2, 1979 and February 22, 1979, complies with the standards and requirements of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended (the Act), and the Commission's rules and regulations set forth in 10 CFR Chapter I; B.
The facility will operate in confomity with the li.censee's filing, the provisions of the Act, and the rules and regulations of the Commission; C.
There is reasonable assurance (i) that the activities authorized by this amendment can be conducted without endangering the health and safety of the public, and (ii) that such activities will be conducted in compliance with the Comission's regulations; D.
The issuance of this amendment will not be inimical to the comon defense and security or to the health and safety of the public; and E.
The issuance of this amendment is in accordance with 10 CFR Pirt 51 of the Comission's regulations and all applicable require. tents have been satisfied.

amended by revisng Section 2.C.(3) to read as follows:
2.C.(3) The licensee shall maintain in effect and fully implement all provisions of the Connission-approved physical security plan, including amendments and changes made pursuant to the authority of 10 CFP 50.54(p). The approved security plan consists of documents withheld frcm public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790(d), referred to as Rancho Seco Nuclear Generating Station Physical Security Plan dated October 14, 1977, as amended December 28, 1977, May 10, 1978, October 3, 1978, November 17, 1978, February 2, 1979 and February 22, 1979.

This license amendment becomes effective on February 23, 1979.
