By letter dated January 12, 1979, we advised your office that the December 21, 1978 application for amendments to Facility License Nos. DPR-57 and NPF-5 for Hatch Units 1 and 2 requires fees totalling $5,600 (for one each of Classes I, II and III) pursuant to 10 CFR 170.22.
The application proposedTechnicalSpecificationsrelatingtoAppendixI(forUnits1ank
- 2) and to the Administrative Controls Section (for Unit 1).
To date we have not received the requested fee. The fee should be forwarded to this office within fifteen days after your receipt of this letter.
