REVISED SCHEDULE FOR RADIOLOGICAL SAFETY REVIEW 0F FERMI 2 As a result of your meeting with Mr. H. Denton on January 4,1979, we have improved the schedule for review of the Detroit Edison Company application to operate Fermi 2.
The revised schedule is enclosed.
Please note that issuance of the Supplement to the Safety Evaluation Report and start of the Radiological Hearing are scheduled o e month earlier than the previous schedule transmitted to you on September 27, 1979.
In addition, we will complete some branch reviews earlier than indicated in the September schedule.
However, we are not able to advance the completion date for all branches and, therefore, cannot advance the date for issuance of the Safety Evaluation Report.
