License flo. 35-17178-01 flotice of Violation Based on the results of the f;RC inspection conducted on January 10, 1979, certain activities appear to be in noncompliance with flRC regulations as indicated below:
Contrary to 10 CFR 20.408, licensee reports of personnel exposure were not submitted for individuals who terminated their employment with the licensee between October,1977 and September,1978.
This is a deficiency.
