Thank you for your letter of i'ovember 20, 1978, in response to our letter dated October 20, 1978. As a result of our review, we find that additional information, as discussed with your Mr. L. Ferguson during a telephone call on December 7, 1978, is needed.
Specifically, in response to f!otice of Deviation Item B.1, please provide a description of the method you will use to preclude recurrence of the failure of the Inspection Supervisor to pe*i-odically re-evaluate calibration cycles of equipment listed in Procedure CM-1005.
We have no further questions related to your response to Items A., B.2, and B.3 at this time. We will review your corrective and preventative actions on these items during a subsequent inspection.
Please provide this additiobal information within twenty (20) days in order that we may complete our review in a timely manner.
