This refers to your application dated August 28, 1978, requesting approval to deliver the Model No. UNI L4-50 packaging to a carrier for transport.
As of this date, you have failed to provide the infonnation requested in our letter of December 7,1978; therefore, in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.108, Title 10 Code of Federal Regulations Part 2, application for approval of the Model No. UNI L4-50 shipping package is denied.
In accordance with 10 CFR Part 2, Section 2.103, you may request a hearing with respect to this denial within thirty (30) days from the date of this notice.
