This is in response to your letter of July 12, 1979 in which procedures to consolidate tamper-safed items were described. We have determined that these changes do not decrease the effectiveness of your safeguards program.
Accordingly, the Materials and Plant Protection Amendment MPP-2 License No. SNM-960 is hereby revised, effective immediately, as shown in the enclosure.
