Please find enclosed for filing the original and twenty copies of a Petition To Intervene submitted on behalf of the Morongo Band of Mission Indians. Also enclosed for filing is the original and twenty copies of our Notice Of Appearance on behalf of the Band.

Please note that my Certificate of Service 1:vidences service of the Petition To Intervene only on Mr. Arthur C. Gehr, attorney for the Applicant. I do not have a list of names and addresses of the other parties to the above-entitled proceedings and was, therefore, unable to serve them with copies by mail at the same time the enclosed Petition was mailed to you. If you will mail me a list of the parties, I will effectuate service of the Petition on them at the earliest convenience.

Also, please note that in subparagraph 4 of the prayer of the Petition, I have requested special consideration for the Band in reference to the Commission's service requirements.

If the Commission is inclined to grant this request by the Band, I would request that you send copies of the Petition 7006080 M I
