I do not have a list of names and addresses of the other parties to the above-entitled proceedings and was, therefore, unable to serve them with copies by mail at the same time the enclosed Petition was mailed to you.
If you will mail me a list of the parties, I will effectuate service of the Petition on them at the earliest convenience.
Also, please note that in subparagraph 4 of the prayer of the Petition, I have requested special consideration for the Band in reference to the Commission's service requirements.
