Dear Mr. George:
Tne Comission has issued the enclosed Amendment No.13 to Facility Lfcense No. R-81 for your pool-type research reactor. This amend-ment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications (Final Hazards Sutmary Report) in partial response to your revised appli-cation dated June 21, 1977, as amended, and your Telex dated February 21, 1979. You were previously notified of this amendment by telephone on February 22, 1979, as confinned by letter dated February 22, 1979.
The amendment k.....its an increase in the total amount of special nuclear material (SNM) for fueled capsules from 400 to 750 grams.
The increase in the SNM allows extra target irradiations for the production of M0-99.
A copy of the Safety Evaluation is also enclosed.
