appeal case whien is calling for a shut-dewn of the Oconee facilities heranse of safety fa::crs, specifically, in the possible event of a fire.
While I have no p sitio.- on this pending case, either in favor of shutting d:wn the reacter or keeping it operational, I would be grateful to learn cf the decisien reached by the !!RC in this matter, and when such a decision r.ay he expected.
The recent controversy surrounding the Rasmussen/ Lewis repcrts has greatly increased the interest in this facility and a prompt decision by ycur cc-# ssien would be quite helpful.
