OPERAING LICUSE The U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (the Commission) has issued Amendment No. 40 to Facility Operating Licer.se No. NPF-1 issued to Portland General Electric Company, The City of Eugene, Oregon, and Pacific Power and Light Company which revised Technical 5:ecifications for operation of the Trojan Nuclear Plant (tne facility), located in The amendment is effective as of its date Columbia Courty, Oregon.
