Dear Ms. Bell:

This is in response to yo.ur letter dated January 10, 1979 in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, nine catagories of documents relating to fire protection at Trojan, Hatch 1 and 2, D.C.

Cook 1 and 2, Ft. St. Vrain.

Your letter was received by the Office of Administration on January 16, 1979.

In partial response to your request the documents responding to items 1, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8 and 9 are enclosed.

Information on the Task Action Plan (item 9), is provided in NUREG-0410 (item 4). With regard to item 5, no record of a site visit or trip report by Robert Pollard exists in Docket 50-344 for the period described.

The report requested in item 2 is located in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR),1717 H Street, N.W., Washington, DC 20555.

The charge for reproducing records located in the PDR is eight cents ($0.08) per page, as specified in 10 CFR 9.14(a) of the Commission's regulations, a copy of which is enclosed. A copy of this document can be obtained by writing directly to the NRC Public Document Room,1717 H Street, N.W., Washington, DC 20555.

You will be billed directly by the PDR Reproduction Contractor, Potomac Research, Inc.
