FORWARDING OF REVISED INTERIM SAFETY EVALUATION REPORT CN THE EFFECTS OF FUEL ROD BOWING ON THERMAL MARGIN CALJULATIONS FOR LIGHT WATER REACTORS In our letter of February 6,1979, transnitting our request for additional information, Question number 241.4 made reference to two interim procedures for treating the effects of rod bow on critical heat flux.
'!e stated that one of these acceptable models was described in a staff interin safety evaluation report on the effects of fuel rod bowing on thermal margin calculations for light water reactors. Enclosed is a copy of this document.
