Dear Mr. Denton:
As counsel for Omaha Public Power District, we hereby submit three (3) signed originals and nineteen (19) copies of a document entitled, " Application for Amendment of Operating License," together with forty (40) copies of a design description containing the proposed technical specifications and safety discussion.
The Application seeks to amend Section 5.0 of the Technical Specifications set forth in Appendix A to facility Operating License No. DPR-40 to specify a fire brigade size of five members.
The District has been informed that the proposed amendment does not require a fee.
