Dear Sir:
Florida Power Corporation hereby submits, f or the Comission's review, five (5) copies of our amended Security Plan for Crystal River Unit #3. This amendment is in the form of Revision 8, dated November 10, 1978, to our previously approved plan and attempts to respond to the deficiencies identified by the NRC Security Review Team.
The Security Plan for Crystal River Unit #3 is a PROPRIETARY document and we request that it be withheld from public disclosure.
In this regard, every page of the Security Plan has been stamped to indicate "2.790 Material - Withhold from Public Disclosure."
This submittal should resolve all outstanding issues concerning the CR#3 Security Plan and enable your staff to issue Florida Power Corporation an approvad security plan for CR#3.
