Gentlemen:
In accordance with Arkansas Nuclear One-Unit 2 Technical Specification 6.9.1.8, we have attached the subject reports concerning the inoperability of an Energency Feedwater flow control valve (50-36S/79-35);
the failure of the Emergency Feedwater supply valve to Steam Generator, which did not meet its limiting value of stroke time as required (50-36S/79-36); and, the failure of the Emergency Feedwater Pump to respond to a Control Room demand signal due to a blown fuse in the circuitry (50-368/79-37).
