At a May 16, 1979, meeting, Carolina Power & Light Company (CP&L) delivered to your staff the computer listings for ADLPIPE-2, Large and Small Versions, which you had requested.
Upon delivery of this material, CP&L informed your staf f that these computer listings are proprietary information to United Engineers and C(n-s t ruc to rs, Inc. (UE&C).
