With a letter, dated March 1,1979, the Omaha Public Power District submitted a report entitled " Cycle IV Irradiated Fuel Inspection Follow-ing Cycle IV Operation, IIovember-December 1978".
The report provided the results of the fuel inspection performed during the 1978 refueling outage at the Fort Calhoun Station.
This report contained a Figure 1, which provided a cross-sectional view of a fuel assembly to be used to locate fuel pin anomalies described in the report text.
For "D" type fuel assemblies, the serial nunber location is not as described in Figure 1.
Accordingly, a revised Figure 1 is attached.
