Th; clear Regulatory Connission (the Cornission) has issued Anendnent Nos. 41 and 38 to Facility Operating License !!os. DPR-39 and issued to Connomiealth Edison Company (the licensee) which revise DDR 43 Technical Specifications for Zion Station, Unit Nos. I and 2, located in Zion, Illinois.
The anendnents are effective as of th? date Of issuance.
These anendments redu :e the naxinum allouable pressurizer heatup f roii 200"F per hour to 100'F per hour and add ECCS flow rate rate survoillance requirenents.
The applications for these anendments conply with the standards and re<ptirenents of the Atonic Energy Act of 1954, as anended (the Act),
and the Commission's rules and regulations.
The Connission has made appropriate findings as required by the Act and the Conmission's rules and regulations in 10 CFR Chapter I, which are set forth in the license amendnents.
Prior public notice of this action was not required since the s endments do not involve a significant hazards consideration.

7590-01 The Connission has determined that the issuance of these amendnents will not result in any significant environnental impact and that pursuant to 10 CFR 551.5(d)(4) an environnental inpact statenent, or negative declaration and environnental impact appraisal is not required for these anendments.
