The Commission has issued the enclcsed Amendment flo.41 to Facility Operating License DPR-39 and Amendmect fio. 38 to Facility Operating License flo. DPR-48 for Zion Station, 'Init f:os. I and 2, respectively.
The amendments consist of changes to the Technical Specifications in response to your applications of October 26, 1977 and October 5,1978.
These amendments reduce the maximun allowable pressurizer heatup rate from 200 F per hour to 100 F per hour and add ECCS flow rate surveillance requirements.
Copies of the Safr'y EvSuation and the flotice of Issuance are also enclosed.
