Ile vante:! to know what NRC Re;;ulations he would have to follow (other than transportation requirements) when his !!RC license was terninated.
He stated that a Certificate of Disposition had been sent to lleadquarters on August 29, 1979.
I told Mr. : orton to send 20.407 and 20.403 data to lleadquarters af ter October 31, 1979 (the license expiration date) with information current to that date. I 11 s 0 discussed 150.20 and tiRC-241 forns. Tuo blank forns 241 and a copy t ::U:GC-0426 were sent to United Airlines, as requested.
I also asked Mr.1;orton to send a copy of the Certificate of Disposition to the Region V Of tice, and I told hi:a to adhere strictly to the stato regulations and no longer worry about the NRC requirements (c:: cept 130.20) provided no use was made of the NRC license prior to its expiration.
Mr. ;*orton stated that the'tiRC license 04-03519-03 had not been used since Mr. Zurakowski's visit on November 22, 1973.
