C. 20555 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Wisconsin's Envirencental Decade, In c., respec t fully requests a hearing with regard to the Confirmatory Order for Modification of License, dated November 30, 1979, in the above-captioned mat ter, pursuant to the provision of said Order which states in relevant part:
"Any person whose interest may be affected by this Order may within twenty days of the date of this Order request a hearing with respect to this Order."
The interest of Wisconsin's Environmental Decade, Inc., and its members,
including those who reside in direct proximity to Point Beach Nuclear Plant Unit 1 are affected by the provision of said Order permitting the unit to re-open, notwithstanding the potential safety risks created by reopening.
This request is made on the further grounds as stated in the Memorandum in Support of Request by Wisconsin's Environmental Decade, In c., for Hearing on Confirmatory Order which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as if set forth in full.
